Alhamdulillah, I completed all rituals of Hajj 1431H on 19th November 2010. I have some experience from this Hajj & also some suggestions for you. My suggestions will be beneficial for you if you want to go for Hajj 1st time.
1. Please select genuine Travel Agent for Hajj who can provide all facility as their promise. For this selection, please contact your friends & neighbours in your locality who already completed their Hajj.
2. Please take permit paper (approved by Saudi government) from your agent at least 2 days before from your departure date.
3. If you pay for fooding also, discuss to agent about quality of your food.
4. Discuss from your agent about transportation system for internal journey among Makkah, Mina, Muzdalifah & Arafat. They may provide metro train pass or may provide bus services. You should note that metro train was not available for Makka this season.
5. If you want to visit Madinah also in this Hajj package, make sure from your agent because some agents don’t include Madinah’s visit in Hajj package.
